STANDARD PACKAGE: The Services include the following Deliverables:
- Signs. One “For Sale” sign is included. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Addition for sale signs can be purchased separately for an estimated price of seventy-five dollars Canadian ($75 CAD).
- Amendments. One amendment included.
- Additional amendments are available for purchase for twenty-five dollars Canadian ($25 CAD). Payment must be made in advance using Interac payment. It may require up to twenty-four (24) hours for processing once the necessary paperwork has been completed by the Seller and received by the Listing Brokerage.
- Additional fees may apply if the local board requires fees for inter-board amendments. The Seller will be made aware if there is a cost to do so, and changes will only be made with the Seller’s written consent.
- Open House. Two (2) open house postings on www.realtor.ca.
- Additional open house postings are available for purchase for twenty dollars Canadian ($20 CAD). The Seller must notify the Listing Brokerage at least two (2) days in advance if they would like to post an open house. Payment must be made in advance using Interac payment.
- Inter-board Posting. Inter-board posting can be purchased for an additional fee of one hundred and seventy-five dollars Canadian ($150 CAD).
The estimate of base service fees are: $ 1999.00 CAD.
PREMIER PACKAGE: The Services include the following Deliverables:
- Signs. One “For Sale”, one “Open House”, and one directional sign are included. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Addition signs can be purchased separately.
- Amendments. Unlimited amendments included.
- Additional fees may apply if the local board requires fees for inter-board amendments. The Seller will be made aware if there is a cost to do so, and changes will only be made with the Seller’s written approval.
- Open House. Unlimited open house postings on www.realtor.ca.
- The Seller must notify the Listing Brokerage at least two (2) days in advance if they would like to post an open house.
- Inter-board Posting. Inter-board posting is available if the Seller provides all of the necessary information required for their Local real estate board.
The estimated base service fees are: $ 2999.00 CAD.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PACKAGES:
- All new listings may take one to three (1-3) business days to complete after receiving completed paperwork.
- Please allow up to two (2) business days for any requested changes to the listing.
- Office hours for submitting changes are 9 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday.
- Please allow one (1) business day for inquiries to be answered.
- Estimated service fees are for information purposes only and are subject to change depending on the Seller’s election for additional packages and/or services.
Offer Assistance and Negotiation.
- For an extra fee we can assist the Seller in negotiations with the Buyer to determine what constitutes a fair offer. This may include the negotiation of repairs or the selling of non-fixture items, in order to complete the sale.
